Evolve N Change, LLC was Founded by Letisha L Hogans, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-BC a provider for Mental Health Care of Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families. With almost 7 years of psychiatric/mental health & addictions registered nursing experience, As a novice solution-focused Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to assist you in reducing the symptoms which impact your ability to function at home, at work, and/or at play. Evolve N Change, LLC is a boutique-style practice specializing in psychopharmacology (the art of prescribing medication in the field of psychiatry), I will work with you to identify any physical, neurological, or chemical imbalances that may be disrupting your mood, thoughts, or behaviors. Together we will develop a treatment plan, including medications if indicated and agreed upon, to reduce those symptoms and improve your overall sense of physical and emotional well-being.

While we can’t always change the difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the many challenges that may disrupt your life in the present. Using various therapeutic and diagnostic approaches and techniques, including the use of psychotropic medications when indicated, we will work to modify the symptoms and long-standing patterns of behavior that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
